Abstrakt: Cílem výzkumu je popsat přínosy mentora a mentoringu na pedagogické praxi z pohledu studentů učitelství primární pedagogiky. Výzkum se zaměřuje na zkoumání významnosti role mentora a zkoumá podmínky, které činí z mentoringu proces podporující rozvoj profesních kompetencí budoucích učitelů a zároveň naplňují jeden z cílů pedagogické praxe, spojení teorie a praxe.

Title: The view of students on benefits of mentors and mentoring in teaching practice
Abstract: The aim of the research is to describe the benefits of mentor and mentoring on pedagogical practice from the perspective of student teachers of Primary Education. The research focuses on exploring the significance of the role of mentor and examine the conditions that make the mentoring process supporting the development of professional competence of future teachers and also fulfills one of the goals of teaching experience, joining theory and practice.
