Abstrakt: Na otázky týkající se klíčových dispozic dobrého učitele odpovídali titíž lidév odstupu 4 let: Poprvé jako uchazeči o studium učitelství (věk 19 let), podruhé jako studenti posledního ročníku „elementárního“ 1. stupně ZŠ.V rámci diplomových prací byl sledován posun názorů dvou skupin respondentů na klíčové kompetence a nejvhodnější osobní vlastnosti „dobrého učitele“.Současně jsme sledovali případný vliv rodinné tradice učitelské profese na výšeuvedené názory. Tato práce je předběžným sdělením, studie není ještě uzavřena.

Title: Essential properties and skills of a successful teacher – as seen both by the applicants, as well as by graduating students in the elemetary school teaching program.
Abstract: Essential properties and skills of a successful teacher – as seen both by the applicants, as well as by graduating students in the elemetary school teaching program.The same individuals responded to questions regarding key dispositions ofa good teacher in a four year time span. They responded first as applicants to the elementary school teaching program (age 19), and then as students in their final study year. Changes were observed in the respon-dents’ views regarding successful teachers’most appropriate or key dispositions. The data were collected among the applicant sand among the graduating students from two groups. It included data about a possible influence of family teaching tradition on the above mentioned students’ opinions.The current research includes data obtained to date, but the study will continue.
